Buyer and Seller Fees

Buyer Fees
 
Assessing buyer fees can be handled in 1 of 2 ways:
 
Buyer Flat fee - A flat fee can be assigned for all buyers.  

Buyer Fee Table - This table allows the buyer fee to be assessed by a range of prices.
 
The Fees are based on an "Up-To" price that you determine.
Each range can be broken down into 4 different types of buyers.
 
Buyer Types Include:
Dealer
Public
Charity
Other

A sample range might be:
From $1 to $500 the fee is $50
From $501 to $1000 the fee is $100
From $1001 to $1500 the fee is $150
Etc.....

Seller Fees
 
Assessing seller fees can be handled in 1 of 3 ways:
 
Seller Flat fee - A flat fee can be assigned a particular seller. This may also be referred to as a negotiated fee.

Seller Fee Rate (%) - With this method the fee will be a percentage of the sale price, i.e. Sale Price x %(Rate)

Seller Fee Table - This table allows the seller fee to be assessed by a range of prices.  
The Fees are based on an "Up-To" price that you determine.
A sample range might be:
A $0 to $1.00 fee amount to accommodate  'No Sale' transactions (run fee if any), then
From $2 to $500 the fee is $50
From $501 to $1000 the fee is $100
From $1001 to $1500 the fee is $150
Etc.....
